Revised travel outline & decisions

Dec 16–21 · Tokyo: Disneyland, Tsukiji, other planned sightseeing. Replace the PokéPark time block with A/B/C; Café if reserved.

Dec 22 · Tokyo → Kyoto: Favor one Kyoto base, pending extension of 20 PIECES to Dec 22.

Dec 23 · Ghibli Park: Plan a full day; Kyoto door-to-door travel can take 2–2.5+ hours each way.

Dec 24 · Kyoto/Uji: Matcha and Kyoto sights; Nara optional, not mandatory.

Dec 25 · KIX → GMP: Nintendo Museum only if tickets and transfer timing are safe. Korean Air KE2120, 7:55 p.m.–9:55 p.m.

Dec 25–31 · Seoul: Keep the six-night working base; Jeju removed.

Select Tokyo replacement and preferred date.

Ask 20 PIECES to extend Dec 22–23 in the same LOFT-D room; preserve confirmed Dec 23–25.

Confirm Ghibli Park admission time and Nintendo Museum tickets before assigning Nara.
